Daily Market Update 4/3/12

Mortgage rates held steady Tuesday in quiet trading.  In economic news, Factory Orders rose 1.3%, a bit less than expected.  Minutes from the March 13th FOMC meeting of the Fed will be released at 2:00 PM.
